We have held a meeting with a CSA user in presenting the MBA system. They asked a simple question, “Can MBA print out the CSA invoices?” At that moment, our answer was no. These are two separate systems. However, we have started a soul serching and came to a conclusion. The MBA will print out the invoices for jobs completed at CSA system. We hope we can present this new system to users who are using the CSA Expert system as a great enhancement. If everything goes well, we will have the system ready by the end of February 2012.
